Is there a free trial version available?
Yes, you can try out every product for seven days with full functionality!
Can I use the software on several machines?
A purchased license allows you to activate the software un up to two machines. In case you need more activations contact us at support[at]accentize.com.
Will the plugin also work with other DAWs than stated on the product page?
The DAWs mentioned on the product page are the official supported ones, which the software was tested with. However, many users reported that they are successfully using the plugins also with other hosts as for example Logic or Adobe Premiere. We suggest to use the free trial period to find out if the product works in your context.
Is there a student discount available?
If you are currently enrolled as a student in a audio related course you can get a 50% student discount on all our products. Please send us some proof of enrollment to sales[at]accentize.com. After verification you will receive your discount code.
Are there any special deals for multiple license purchases?
If you are interested in buying multiple products at once you can find some bundle deals in the Products->Bundles section. In case you need the same product multiple times please send us a mail to sales[at]accentize.com and state which product you would like to buy how many times. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
For all products you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This only holds for products you haven't activated yet. After activation you lose your right to a refund! For evaluation please use the 7 days trial mode which is accessible without having to buy or activate the product.
Do I need to be connected to the internet to use your software?
For using the products in trial mode you need a constant internet connection. Once you have purchased a license, you only need an active internet connection for activation. Aftwerwards internet access is not required anymore. Unfortunately, we currently cannot support a fully offline activation.
