Yes, all our commercial software can run natively on Apple Silicon. The installers are delivered as so-called universal binaries and contain native versions for Intel processors and Apple’s M1/M2 processor line.
Due to the advanced signal processing techniques some plugins require more CPU resources which can cause audio-dropouts. We recommend setting the audio buffer-size to 1024 or better 2048 samples to prevent these issues. However, most modern machines should also handle all plugins with shorter buffer sizes – even if multiple instances are loaded.
The DAWs mentioned on the product page are the official supported ones, which the software was tested with. However, many users reported that they are successfully using the plugins also with other hosts as for example Logic or Adobe Premiere. We suggest to use the free trial period to find out if the product works in your context.
If you are using accentize software as trial version you will always have to open up the UI and start trial mode after loading a new plugin instance. This is also the case if you re-open a project in which accentize plugins are being used in trial mode. After purchasing and activating the plugin this won’t be necessary anymore and the plugin loads completely without having to open the UI.

The software comes in the form of audio plugins. This means, to run it you will need some kind of host application – a so called Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). After installation you can process audio inside this host software and load the accentize plugins. Besides common audio applications (Reaper, ProTools, Logic…) you can also use some video editing software as a host (FinalCut, Premiere…).
To de-install the software you need to remove the plugin files you chose to install. On MacOS the files are located at /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins or /Users/{{USERNAME}}/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins. On Windows the default location is C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3.
Please visit the Activation Page and enter the code you received from the reseller. You will then receive a serial key / iLok activation code and instructions on how to use it. The code you received from the reseller cannot directly be used as a serial key or iLok activation key.

During the checkout process you can choose between either PayPal, credit card or ApplePay payment.
After completing the checkout you will automatically receive two mails: one containing your license and another one containing a receipt. The receipt email also includes a link to enter your invoice address an VAT ID to obtain a proper invoice for your purchase.
The whole checkout process including VAT calculation will be done by our e-commerce partner paddle.com and is based on your location. Business owners have the possibility to enter their VAT ID during checkout to update/remove any VAT from their purchase. To do so please fill in your details (e-mail, country) in the checkout window and press continue. Then there will be a button “+ Add VAT” on the left where you can enter your VAT ID.
Since our products are all digital goods we cannot revoke access and thus not grant any refunds. Please use the free trial period to make sure you really need the product before purchasing.
Depending on the product we use either iLok or a simple serial key licensing system. The products requiring iLok authorisation are: Chameleon, DeRoomPro, SpectralBalance and VoiceGate. Our serial key protected products are: DeRoom, DialogueEnhance and PreTube.

No, you don’t. For our iLok protected products you just need a free iLok account and to install the free iLok License Manager. You can then activate the product either to a physical iLok, to your iLok Cloud or directly to a machine.
Yes, you can try out every product for seven days!
A purchased license allows you to activate the software on up to two machines (or iLoks). This is the case for both iLok and serial key protected products. Please note that both activations can only be used by you. If multiple people need to use the software you have to buy additional licenses.
The serial keys will continue to work as before. However, newer versions of the products (Chameleon, DeRoomPro, SpectralBalance, VoiceGate) will require using iLok. We recommend converting your licenses to iLok which is free of charge. After logging in to your account you will see a button to convert the licenses in the User Area. Note, that the conversion process cannot be reverted. If you decide not to use iLok, after logging in you can see the installers to prior serial key protected versions on the very bottom of each product page.
Please download the most recent installer of the plugins from the product page or your login area. Only the new versions have the iLok support included.
The iLok protected plugins (Chameleon, DeRoomPro, Spectralbalance, VoiceGate) require an internet connection for redeeming the activation code in the iLok license manager. Afterwards it is possible to use them offline. Our serial key protected products (DeRoom, DialogueEnhance, Pretube) don’t require any internet connection.
We have recently changed our login system and some users might have to create their account again. After pressing “register” in the UserArea you can define your email address and a password. If you use the same e-mail you used during check-out (or for an account in our previous system) the licenses will automatically appear in your account. If you use another email you can add all licenses manually by entering the serial keys.
Yes, for all iLok protected products you can convert convert your serial keys to iLok free of charge until 31th December 2022. After logging in you will see a link to convert your licenses to iLok. Note, that the conversion process cannot be reverted.
After logging in to your account you see a link to add a missing serial at the top of the UserArea. You can enter the serial which is missing there. If it is a valid license it will then appear in your account.
To change your e-mail address please create a new account with the new e-mail. After logging in with your new mail address you can add your licenses by entering the serial keys. They will then automatically disappear from your old account.
